Crystal 75L Malt - Great Western Malting

75 L - Deep red color and a complex strong caramel and dark-toffee flavor. Used heavily, ideal for ambers, browns and adding richness to stouts. Can add small portions to achieve desired color and flavor profile in pale beers.
