KICK Carrageenan™ T is a boil kettle flocculent based on very pure carageenan. KICK is more powerful than generic Irish Moss and correctly sized so that each tablet will treat 5 bbls of wort. The active ingreident, Kappa Carrageenan, is a high molecular weight polysaccharide derived from red seaweed.
