25 °L - Briess Malting - American Honey is a modern take on a traditional European-style Brumalt. Use 1-5% for subtle honey flavor, 5-10% for complex honey and graham cracker flavors, or 10-20% for prominent, warm bakery flavors of biscuit, toffee and brown sugar.
