Cold Brew Coffee

Brewing your own cold extract coffee is a remarkably simple process that only requires a couple pieces of equipment and a few steps. We find that the best cold brew ratio is 4 oz of course coffee grounds to 6 cups of water. Combine the two in your chosen vessel, leave it on the countertop or in the fridge, allow 12-16 hours to steep, and then strain out the grounds. It's that easy.
