304-type polished stainless. A set of "elbows" is great for connecting hoses to a pump so they run parallel to each other. With 2" and 3" hose, this dramatically reduces the space needed to allow the pump to pass. In addition, having the lines run parallel makes the pump more agile when moving around the winery when connected.
